Welcome! All faculty, staff, and students at the University of Virginia may use "BookIt!" to reserve Library rooms and resources. You are welcome to browse the "BookIt!" system to see what spaces are available, or to submit a room request 24 hours a day. You will receive a confirmation shortly after making your request.
To submit a reservation request for your desired space or workstation, you must first log in to your "BookIt!" account by clicking "Log In" on the top left menu bar or one of the pictures on this page. Use your ESERVICES credentials to login. If you do not remember your ESERVICES password, go to this page to reset it: https://www.web.virginia.edu/pswd/
IMPORTANT: If this is your first time using "BookIt!", please log in, wait one minute, then log out and back in again. This will allow the "BookIt!" system time to authenticate your account. This process is only necessary the very first time you use the system.
